The Pride of St. Louis During Football Season

Get your blue and gold face paint ready for the National Football League’s St. Louis Rams. Super Bowl Champions – included within their three NFL Championships. The Rams are a part of the West Division of the National Football Conference. Establishing in 1936, the Rams set up shop in the Gateway City in the mid 90s, and found a home at the Edward Jones Dome.

The Edward Jones Dome at America's Center, completed in 1995, can seat up to nearly 70,000 hungry fans for some Rams football. In downtown St. Louis, you can spend some time at the Stadium Club, an entire concourse devoted to friendly bars and delicious eateries – the best way to start your game day. While in the dome, stop by the Ring of Fame for familiar faces like running back Elroy "Crazylegs" Hirsch and broadcaster Jack Snow.

For the 2011-2012 season, starting quarterback Sam Bradford leads the Rams along wide receiver Brandon Gibson and running back Steven Jackson. Bradford, a Heisman Trophy winner thanks to his tenure as quarterback for the University of Oklahoma Sooners, was not only the 2010 NFL Draft first pick, but also the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2010. The season starts in September, but we don’t have to tell you that. Just be sure to catch the Hall of Fame Game against the Chicago Bears in Canton, Ohio on August 7th, or the first week of preseason games, when the Rams take on the Indianapolis Colts. The Rams start the season off with a battle against the Philadelphia Eagles on September 11th, followed by a head-to-head with the New York Giants on September 19th. See the Rams take on 2010 Super Bowl Champions Green Bay Packers on October 16th, or head to the desert on November 27th to face the Arizona Cardinals.
