Bennett Spring State Park
Stretching into Dallas County and Laclede County, Bennett Spring State Park is located 12 miles west of Lebanon, in western Missouri. The park is situated around a spring feeding the Niangua River, which makes the park a popular destination for fly fishing and canoeing, as well as hiking and other outdoor adventures.
Governed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the park’s namesake natural spring offers draws fishermen hoping to both rainbow trout and brown trout. Visitors hike along 12 miles of foot trails under oak and hickory canopies to reach marvels such as the Natural Tunnel and Savanna Ridge.
